Default How to aim the Z's headlights?

When I search, I get a lot of "headlights," but nothing about aiming them.

I am running aftermarket tire sizes that have lowered the front of my car a little more than the rear. So now my headlights are a little low too. I can drive like this, but I would like to raise the aim of my headlights to compensate.

Thanks in advance.

you will need a long philips screw driver(8" or longer), pop your hood and look straight down from the top of the headlight housing close to the front fender. You will see the adjustment mechanism.

Thanks.

I think I found it, and I think I need a new screwdriver. (My long ones are too thick)
Does it look like teeth over a shaft? I'm guessing the screwdriver needs to be wide enough to engage the teeth, yet skinny enough to fit in the plastic guide hole?

What words dis you use for your search?

"aim headlight" is what I used and this is what I got....

https://my350z.com/forum/search.php?searchid=5597269

Other than this thread, there is a hole lot of nothing on the subject.

"Upcoming K-Town Z/G meet info - Check Here!"

"Louisiana Z/Import cookout April 29th *Lakefront*"

"Interest in new NYC 350Z forum?"

"Official XBox 360 Call of Duty 4 Online Gaming Thread"

"07 bi-xenon passanger side headlight (for sale)"

"Call or Duty 4 (PS3) (another video game?)"

and on and on.

I'm sure there are headlight references in the 27 pages. But I was hoping for a trick to finding the info I wanted on aiming headlights. On the link above, there are thirty threads shown. This thread is the only one on aiming hedalights.

I'm not sure why "aim headlights" brings up things like....

"Anyone in philly?"

"Jailed for 4 yrs in Dubai after customs find weed weighin less than a grain of sugar"

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad you dug up the ones you did, but it seems the "search" function just gives you a slighty smaller pile of usless info to dig through. I was hoping to find away around that stuff.

Everyone complains about the search funtion ---You just have to be patient and use diff word combos, scan and bring up threads that have additional links in them.

The real trick to searching is "Boolean" radio selection at the bottom but you have to be a premier member to use it.

Default Adjusting headlights on an 07 Nissan 350Z

After searching through all the banter on this thread and reading pointless comments about phrasing word search with nobody suggesting the correct phrasing, I am left to believe the only way to adjust my drivers side light is to simply let the air out of the corresponding tire.
Thank you. I hope this helps 🙄

LMAO you alright? All you need is a long, thin #2 Phillips, at least for the 06+ lights that is the case.
