its natural for the rpm's to fluctuate as the alternators load is being adjusted in stop and go traffic, and if it doesnt cool, maybe u need a re-charge. but i have read a few post on here regarding the a/c and some suggest that since the car has the outside temp. monitor, it adjust itself based on that.

the problem is if starts fluctuating it doesnt stop after some time, it keeps on going up and down, and the A/C doesnt cool when this happens.

The thing is this doesnt happen always, only sometimes!

Someone told i should try to clean the throttle body it may fix the problem, will that work?

Fluctuating idle could be either a vacuum leak or IAC (idle air control) valve. Cleaning the throttle body and the IAC valve, which is attached to the throttle body, should take care of your problem.
