Unhappy seat and window problems

I had my car at the dealer to have my drivers side window readjusted since after they did the grease tsb I had a little gap between the seal and a wind noise at freeway speeds. I also asked them to check out my drivers seat since it has some play in it on turns.
The dealer called and said my car was ready (9 hrs later) When I went to open the door I barely got it open...the glass was sitting too high and barely came out of the seal . This is starting to get annoying now....how could they say the car is ready when the door barely opens?
They replaced the whole seat rail and adjustment mechanism under the seat and now it is worse than before....it has more play than when I dropped it off.
The car is back at the dealer today for them to fix the window...which my service writer still says is fine. I told them not to touch the seat again and I would fix it myself....I have a question for everyone who has done the cotter pin seat fix.....Is it still working well for you? and when you installed it did you make the cotter pin put tension on the adjustment rod? I have the srs seats....I will disconnect the battery and remove them from the car....we will see how it goes. Thanks for any replies, Mark.

I don't have answers, but I just got my car back yesterday for the streaking tsb, and now I'm noticing wind noise at highway speeds too. what is it that wasn't adjusted? I'd rather try to fix it myself than give the car to the dealer again.

Chaz, my window was too far foward in the jamb....the rear seal (vertical seal against door pillar) was not sealing properly... was almost a gap there. They had to remove my door panel again and readjust the glass in the window track.
