Default Fogging in my headlights

Alright guys...I blacked out my headlights and i did everything right. (cuz i didnt do it right the first time) anyways....I know for a fact that everything is fully sealed around the casings...100% positive. I used enough silicone to seal up a whole car. I let the lights dry for 5 days before installing. BUT I did leave the little rubber port thing on the back open...the little thing that loops down. anyways...It happens about once a day mostly at night when i have my lights on and it is cold outside. Well just a tiny bit of fogg appears on the very bottom of the headlight casing inside. And the weird thing is that it is only there for about ten minutes. It isnt water beads and it goes away fully but comes back the same way every time. What can I do to fix this? And if it requires taking off the headlights again forget it. I have done this 3 times and I am done with that. I will try to post pics but i dont have a camera. sorry! But please help!

The problem might on the back side of the headlight, where the bulb is inserted. Check to make the bulb assembly is snug, and that there is no cracks or damage on the back side of the casing

Maybe.... just maybe, there is still a little bit of moisture locked in there. If you don't want to take the headlights off again, you may be able to take the bulf assembly off the back and use a simple hair dryer to blow out each light for a few minutes, to remove any possible residual moisture. I have no idea if this will work, but if i were mine, I would try this. Good luck, and update us.
