I just bought a used 2004 350z conv. love it! Here's what's going on- when i first test drove the car there was a small clicking noise coming from the rear end (top down even louder) the dealer said the car passed all test so it was "certified used" but i brought up this noise to my sales guy-guess what he said- no problem. Well any how i drove the car at the Tail of the dragon in TN-NC SR 129 this past week (great time) Now the clicking has increased and when on and off throttle am i in trouble? Has anyone else had or knows what's going on! Sunset123

 

what year is the car? I think there is a tsb for this issue, take it in tell them it clicks they will take it apart and grease it up and it goes away.

I had the same issue, i brought it in to the stealership and they took care of it no charge...
