Ok so when i drive my car after a little bit the temp soars and the fans are not coming on all the time!!??? the upper radiator hose is very warm at shutdown but the lower one is still barley warm to the touch!!!! i had a coolant hose pop off the other day it was the one to the oil filter.. i put it back on and ran into that problem... is it just air in the system and i should just work it out by bleeding it with the bleed valve??

Yup, sounds like air in the system. It take a little more effort then just the bleeder valve. Check the bottom of this page...

There's a section on how to properly fill then bleed the system.
