Default Reseting side air bag

So I've been having trouble with my power seats. See this post

https://my350z.com/forum/maintenance-and-repair/343865-can-t-move-drive-seat-back-forward.html

I ended up unplugging everything (including the air bag line) and removing the seat. I wanted to test everything before I put the seat back in so I ended up running wires from the 12V source coming out of one of the plugs on the floor to my seat outside the car. I turned the car on while the airbag was unplugged, which is why I'm guessing that my airbag light wont stop flashing even though it's plugged back in.

How do I reset it so that the red light stops flashing?

Probably have to go to the dealer as most of the small code scanners won't do abs or air bag resets , some of the bigger independents have the snap-on machines that will reset your light , a good rule of thumb is to leave the battery disconnected for 1/2 hour before unplugging any air bag connectors , most air bag circuits have yellow connectors or tape on them , Craig.

search the forums to reset the airbag light switch. Just went through this the other day. I guess some bumps trigger it.
