Default diagnoses and suggestions for rear end?

I've got a 2004 350z roadster, bought it off eBay as a clear title, buyer told me it was in a small accident, and the front bumper was fixed/painted. Should of done a carfax, but he sent me the title which was clear, so I thought I had nothing to worry about. I live in Canada, bought the car from Texas, never saw it in person, but he took lots of pictures. Tires were suppose to be brand new, but when the car arrived, the inside of the back tires were completely worn. Got the frame checked and the main frame is out a bit, as well as the rear subframe, front subframe looks ok, as well as front tires. Now I need to get a salvage inspection in order to register the car on the road here, and it will fail the inspection until I get everything fixed. So I just put on 4 brand new tires, and it's sitting at a frame and allignment shop up here in Calgary as we speak. The mechanic is going to check over all the suspension components as well as frame again, and give me an estimate to fix everything so I can pass inspection. All I know right now is the rear right shock is bent, and the rear subframe and main frame is bent. I can get any Nissan OEM parts for close to cost, but I'm wondering if it might be better at this time to upgrade some of the suspension components to better aftermarket stuff. Also if there is any way I can get a rear sub frame for cheaper used somewhere. I've heard that nissan sells a complete bolt up sub frame with everything attached, like control arms, hubs and what not. So I;m thinking I should get some better shocks and a better rear sway bar than stock. I want to keep the cost down as much as possible. The car is stock height and i have no plans to lower it. So maybe tokicko hp shocks? for something a little better than stock replacement. Also is there anything else that I should get checked that could be the reason for such irregular tire wear. Thanks for all the help, this forum has been great for information since getting my new Z.

Sorry, kiddo, but apparently you've been had; you should've checked the
Carfax alright! I took the same chance--seeing the Zed blinded me, with its looks!!!--but the prev' owner was a business associate of my wife's boss, so he played fair'n'square. The sad part fer ya is that it's a used beast, so you're stuck with it. Maybe it ain't THAT bad! Start getting parts as financially possible,
& rebuild your monZter!!!
