Default Stalling? Possibly limp mode?

So the other day my cruise control started blipping on and off on me, and sometimes would not even come back on. The next day I started driving a lil fast and my cars speed felt like it was cut in half and sometimes having a "rev limiter" at 2500 4400 and 5500, It also bogged down throughout the rpm range. I did both ecu reset methods via pedal, and disconnected negative terminal several times. It did nothing, I brought it to a nissan technician, he said it was the throttle body positioning, he said he fixed that, but it is still doing it. He also said it pulled a code on the post cat 02 sensor passenger side. Could that 02 sensor be causing the studdering? Also what could be causing the blip in the cruise?

P.s. It smells like unburnt fuel sometimes so could this be running rich and causing the problem?

Strup headers random tech hfcs borla catback

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! The o2 sensor is on order for thursday so I will update then if that solves the studdering....

Take it to a professional. You have probably spent more money on it changing out parts that are good.

That being said, it might be a bad throttle body. Courtesy Nissan sells the part for $140 with core exchange. Go look at the video on how to clean the throttle body to find out how to change it out. Or better yet pay someone to do it to end the suffering.
