Lots of posts on removing bug jerky from the front of the car. Nothing on tecniques for cleaning bugs from the radiator. The obvious solution is a shop vac with an extension to reach through the grill. This is partially effective - portions of the rad are not accessible, but it helps. A lot of gunk remains embedded in the slits in the rad, reducing air flow.

Do the horizontal bars on the grill (2007) readily come out? Can the grill or the front assembly be removed, possibly annually, to gain access to the radiator?
