Default CF Bumper Repair

Ive attached some pics of the cf bumper I have. I tried to ship it and it was terribly damaged(long story) but I was considering fixing it as a little project of mine if it isnt too big of a job and if its cost effective. I know the parts that are painted I can re-enforce from the back and re paint the area but the part I dont get is where the cf is shown, the resin is yellow and cracked and I dont know what I should do there. Im afaraid if I sand it that it will damage the weave if I go to deep. any info will help, I may just ditch it or let someone pick it up?

Paint it all silver or sell. I don't think this is repairable.

Just an opinion.

yeah, I believe I am just goin to repair it and just paint the whole thing. The cf parts seem to be too big of a hassle.
