Just finished having the stereo put in my car (HU, two amps, replace factory speakers) and the silly outside temp guage was reading 68 degrees, and has slowly climbed up to 78 degrees - I'm in Texas and the temp barely gets down to the high 80's at night. Anyone know if this is a common occurence or is something whacked beyond belief? Tried to search, but to no avail.

 

Don't know what could be wrong. I have a ton of stuff installed and mine was reading 105 today.
