Car Does not accept OBD!

Im trying to connect my car to a Scanner and it does not connect to the scanner..I Have tried the scanner on other car and it connect but on mine not...Any Ideas

Does you scanner have external power source? If so, try that.
You may not be getting enough voltage to power your scanner.

the scanner powers up when I connect but it says unable to connect...?

It may have something to do with your aftermarket engine management. Just a thought but often times piggybacks and standalones both have unexpected affects on the diagnostic port outputs.
