Default anyone have this window problem?

i unhooked the battery to install some wiring.......i opened the passenger door and later tried to close it. the door would not close all the way. after closer inspection, i could see the glass was barely hitting the frame and the door wouldnt close all the way until i hooked up the battery again so the window could move its 1/2 inch down. the driver side didnt have this problem. anyone seen something like that?

There is a TSB out that says to open both doors before disconnecting the battery. This allows the windows to drop down before the power is cut. That way the windows, normally in the full up position, won't be damaged when you attempt to open the doors with the power cut.
