water or condensation from driver side pedal area
Hiyas jfive!
I had this happen a couple of times when I took a road trip (about 5 hours) this past summer. It proved to be condensation. I took it to a dealership during my road trip to have it check out - just in case and it was "nothing". The only thing the service manager told me it "might" have been was if the oil had been changed and the drain not put back in or in right - but that wasn't the case.
I've had car air conditioners condensate before - but nothing like my Z's did. It just dumped water all over my legs this particular time. Hasn't happened again since.
It can't hurt to take it to your or some Nissan dealership and let them look at it. Just don't be surprised if it's nothing more than the ac condensation.

If the liquid is clear then most likely it is condensation from the a/c. It is normal to have condensation if the a/c is working properly, but there is a drain for the condensation to flow outside the car onto the ground. If it is getting inside the car the drain could be stopped up and you may want to have that checked or take an air hose and blow into the drain. DO NOT STICK ANYTHING SHARP IN THAT DRAINTUBE. You can puncture the evaporator coil and that would cost you. Also it could be that the HVAC box inside the car just got condensate on it from running for extended periods. If that is the case then try to make sure you run the a/c on fresh air after the car is cooled when the blower is on the lower range. This will help keep the condensation from forming as much on the outside of the HVAC box.
