Slip light flashes on and off while accellerating / turning tight but i'm not even close to breaking traction

So I know the cause by doing my research here on the forums which is I just put 245 45 18's all the way around so I could rotate the low mileage tires i'm using. Previously with the 225 45 18 on front I had no slip light...

But what I cant find a clear answer on if the ECU will resolve this issue or if the slip light will keep coming on when accelerating until I go back to 225's on the front?
