Default Weird Issue: Outside Temp Gauge Stuck at 45 degrees!

Hey all,

I noticed today that my digital outside temperature gauge is stuck at 45 degrees. I drove around for awhile today and it didn't move. It is probably about 70 outside where I am now. I tried resetting the ECU with both methods (battery and pedal method), popping the dash off and unplugging/plugging back in the wiring. Still stuck at 45. Does anyone know where the sensor is? Where is the fuse for it? I can't seem to find it. Everything else in the car works fine. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Sensor is behind the front bumper. Sounds like it is either unplugged or no good.
