Default RPM drop to zero when shifting to neutral

Hi,
i need some advice here cause sometimes (not always), (especially when the engine is hot) when i shift from any gear to neutral sometimes the rpm drop but come to normal, but sometimes it looks like the needle on the rpm meter struggles for milliseconds to achieve the normal rpm, and if it doesn't achieve that the engine turns off. What would that be?i have read many threads here but i haven't come to a conclusion. I have jwt intake, 5/16 plenum spacer, 272 tomei camshafts and haltech ecu. Would these affect that?or could it be the throttle body?
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks

Do you have a lighter flywheel that would cause that problem. Up the idle is a easy fix. But it may be the haltech it self.
