I def. lost acouple screws... But when I pop the panel off again to put some sound deadener on em.. Ill Fix that.. BUT.. One of those Plastic pieces from door panel broke off.. Is there anyway I can replace it? Or use an alternative????

go to your local autoparts store, they have several replacement "plastic pieces"

 

hrrm.. id feel pretty dumb if its that easy.. never seen em before ;p
