Help!
Hey guys, i have a 2003 350z and ive been having a bit a problem recently. i left to colombia and left my car alone for 10 days and when i came back i used it for about a week and when i started to step on the gas the car gives out a burning smell. as soon as i turn on the car the oil psi gauge reads 110 and i checked the oil but the oil is fine considering that i changed it at nissan about 2 weeks before i took the trip. to my knowledge no one touched my car but i cant really know. anyone got any ideas on what it can be? the pressure normalizes back to around 60 after like 5 minutes of the car being on but whenever i step on the gas and pass 4500 RPM the car starts giving off this burning smell. Also i shift perfectly fine and when i step on the gas after the shift the car kinda lags on the acceleration. any help willl be greatly appreciated thanks.
not a big mechanic expert... maybe you having problems with your MAS sensor =/
also the psi gauge reading at 110 is a bit high, and is it at that when you just start the car when its at idle? i get around 80psi when the engine is still cold.. then it drops down to 60- when at idle mode...
