Same year/model ... don't know the build date. The only problem I have had is the driver seat clunk thing. I didn't realize it was a wide spread problem until this morning. I have 3200 miles so far without any problems.

 

I notice the clunk when I take off from zero. It feels like the seat was adjusted, and left half way between lock positions, then it suddenly locks into position at take off. But it keeps doing it. Can (or will) the dealer fix this?

 

I don't believe I have the seat clunk problem? I do hear clunks every once in a while but my seat isnt moving or anything. 9/10 its the lug nut key in the glove compartment

 

Definitely not the lug key. I had this problem from day one when there wasn't a lug key. The lug key is a completely different kind of thump too.

Do yall have a slight whistle from the driver side window when going 60+ mph? I don't know if all Zs do this or just mine. I do know that it is quite annoying. I still need to figure out what to do about the hum coming from my rear speakers. I was thinking it could be the grounding kit I put on the car (grasping for straws here.) Also, do yall have the shifter rattling noise? When I go above 60 my shifter rattles like crazy.

 

none of it
