Some asshat hit my bumper while I was parked. There is indentation in two spots. Since the bumper is plastic, I didn't know if this could be repaired and painted or do I have to get a new bumper? If it can be repaired, does the body shop have to paint the whole bumper or can they blend the paint in with the rest of the paint on the bumper.
