Default "Service Engine Soon" after installing new head unit.

So I just finished installing a new head unit in my '03 and now the service engine soon light came on. I had it checked at auto zone and the codes I got were:

"Fuel temp sensor High output"
and
"Check DTC unit. See owners manual" (checked the manual, didn't find anything)

anyways I reset the ECU (the manual way) and the light hasn't come back on. I'm just wondering if these are anything I need to worry about. I'm guessing DTC might be digital temp control? That's all working fine though. What I'm mainly worried about is the first one. Can anyone offer any insight on these problems? Or should I not even be worrying about anything unless the service engine light comes on again?

could just be a coincidence, dont see how a headunit could mess with any of that unless u messed up tapping the VSS wire (tapped the wrong wire) if u tried to do that.

This happened to me as well, but my code was different. After I reset the ECU, the code never came back. Probably just an electrical issue.
