Default Power Steering Flush??

Took my 06, w/35k miles to the dealer to get oil changed on my (2nd motor) car. Everything was fine except. they wrote that they recomend a "Power Steering Flush ($129)".? Are people having trouble with PS pumps or Racks?
Is the dealer looking to generate money?
I have done my Vette a few times, cause of problems reported, but I would not espect this on a Nissan.

The service manual has no interval for changing the PS fluid. This means it does not need changing for the life of the vehicle. While I would change it eventually, an 06 with 35k miles seems too soon.

I think I will flush this dealer instead, and go back to changing my own oil. After the motor swap I wanted them to service it for a while. Thanks.
