Default power s, and clutch fluid swap questions

Hello first I wanna say thanks to everyone and all the help I got from this site though some of the remarks made really make me feel like a fool ,point is usually spot on ie....Search is your friend, and refer to the manual....roger got it .

These are the tasks at hand for me if anyone could hook me up with a link to these DIY's it would be wonderful because as it turns out ...search is not so much my friend at all.

1.Power s ,fluid swap type of fluid to use...high heat area, turbo heat i think has been causing issues
2. clutch fluid swap, spongy and do not have ss line but want to swap this out also
3.and coolant change ,best type of coolant for high heat engines stock radiator, is that water wetter any good ?

Thanks for the help and I am sure ill get a kick out of some of the remarks I get out of this one but Im game.......

question: why are you switching out these fluids anyway? with normal use there is no reason to. also you live in kentucky, hardly a reason to call your car a "high temp engine" unless you plan to move to the southwest aournd arizona. plus all it does is keeps the water mixture from boiling anyway so if your have a proper mixture of antifreeze/water, you should be fine.

also, the fluid types/amounts and change intervals can be found in your owners manual. only thing i can see being changed is the clutch fluid. as for DIY, check out the DIY section for those.

and like i said. if you got the proepr mixture of water/coolant you are fine. no brand will do better than the other since it is all the same stuff. and it's pretty hot under my hood as well (same with every other Z owner on this board) but as long as i do not overheat competely, the car is fine.
