Default Oil psi gauge flipping out on me.

Alright heres the deal. When I first got my car about 2 years ago when my engine warmed up my psi would be sitting around 25. Lately Ive noticed that it sits a little bit lower, however the thing is when I drive the car a little bit the psi will be sitting around 10-15 at idle, sometimes it will go back up to around 25 but not too often. Tonight I went out to see someones newly turbo'd 350z and on the way home I noticed among braking and cornering my psi drops to 0 and when I am crusing along it was bumping from 30-60 at times. I checked my oil level and its where it should be so I know my level isnt the reason. Whats the problem here? Is my sensor starting to go on me? Its a 2003 with 105k if that helps.
