Hi guys, im trying to narrow this problem down before i take it to my friend who is a mechanic but has not worked on z's as much. 2003 track.

The problem is in the clutch. sparatically the clutch when pushed in feels, raw or crunches when pushed to the ground. I dont know how to better describe it ive never had this problem in any of my cars. Sometimes im driving down street in say 2nd then ill push clutch in it makes a little click sound then feels like its crunching as it goes in, then other times when i push it its smooth as hell and great. I already have Redline Tranny fluid in the trans which feels great the gears never grind, but when this "crunch" or rawness happens its definitely not a smooth shift. Clutch master cylinder? What are parts i should tell my friend to look at? Thnx guys

Even when car is off, when i push clutch in to ground it makes a little click or snappy sound. So when out nothing, push in "click" "snap" sorta thing. When fully pressed down if i let it spring back a little bit maybe half way it clicks again. I can reproduce at will didnt know what to make of it since im car stupid at times. Clutch pedel becomes soft after driving for a while too. Its great when first started but after a while clutch feels weak
