So went to the dealership today and....
Ok, I took my ZR to the dealership today to see if they would fix the rear axle clicking due to the axle being dry. I printed out the TSB on the problem and asked them if they can do it for free, and they said no "It'll cost a couple hundred dollars." So I asked them what exactly were they going to do because the TSB says to replace the "bearing assy", "axle outer joint assy", and "repair kit, dust boot outer", and they said that they will not replace any of those parts, they are just going to take the axle off, lube it an put it back on.
A couple hundred dollars for that?!?!?! I'll just do it myself
any suggestions or similar situations????
BTW my car is an 04' zr with 60k miles
thanks,

Take your axle off, then go back to the deler with it.
Ask to see the same service guy.
Swing for the fences.
Why even have warranties or TSB's if you basically need Johnny Cochran to get the honored

I asked around and found a dealer that was willing to fix it under the 5yr-60,000 mile powertrain warranty since I was still covered.
You may have a difficult time getting this fixed in the same manner as I did since you're past the mileage allotment, but you can always try to ask
the service manager or call Nissan corporate and complain.
