any advise on which n. nj nissan dealers are the best to use for service issues like pulling to the Right and other little things i need to have done to my new Z with only 300 miles on it..I don't really trust my dealership, just bought it there because I got the car for invoice! Also please tell me the worst dealers to go to for service!\ So i can avoid them at all cost! To may horror stories on these threads!

Nissan 46 fixed the grease streaks, but it took 3 trips, and I had to tell them about the TSB.

If I really had a big problem I would go to Autotech Nissan in Manhatten. I have had excellent service from them.

 

auto tech sounds good but it would be a real pain to get into teh city..do they give you laoner car??? or anything?...

This may have some North Jersey Dealers.

 

I doubt if Autotech has loaners. My experiences with a variety of Nissan dealers in this area thru the years has been mixed at best. I guess if it's significant problem I'm willing to drive to NYC knowing that I trust the work. I bought the car at Nissan 46 and will probably bring it back there for routine work, for convenience.

I live in that general area, i was thinking of buying a Z from them or the place in Denville on rt 10. Hilltop Nissan I think is the name of it. anyone had any experience with them?

 

I've heard nothing but bad things about hilltop!!!!!! i would not buy there!

Denville is okay and ramsy nissan is the best of teh bunch to buy a Z....if you deal with the general manager directly..Pm me i know him very well!

 

I agree about Ramsey. I delt with the GM too and found him to be very honorable and a nice guy to deal with. Got a great deal too. Only had 1 service appt (ast one) and no issues to report.
