Question Clutch pedal creaking when pulling away in 1st.

Hi All,

Wonder if you can help. I have an '04 manual Z and today just noticed that it makes a creaking sound when I let out the clutch in first gear. I don't think it's a slip, because it does it when the engine is off as well. Had the car about six months and only done around 2K miles tops, mostly motorway driving. She's not due for her first UK MOT or service until Sept this this year. Any ideas?

Mine is doing the same thing. '03 Enthusiast. Took it to the dealer and they said they "lubed" it. It sounded fixed untill the next day, then it started squeaking again. It does it at all times (car on or off).

Any insight for us as to what's caussing this would be appreciated guys!
