Default Trunk keeps closing

My trunk wont stay open. I want to replace the trunk struts since I think they have worn out. Does anyone know where I can get directions on how to do this? If you have done it is it very hard? Thanks. I have a 2003 enthusiast

Did you change your spoiler at all?? If you put a heavier spoiler on, then you will need heavy duty struts. You can get them through Courtesy Nissan.

I have the thin factory spoiler on my my car. Not sure what the spoiler is called. Would this require the heavy duty struts as well? Thanks for your help

Nope...if you added the Nismo wing or most others, then this would require it.

Here is the site for the struts:
http://www.courtesyparts.com/90424q-...tml?cPath=714&

That is what a quick search found.
