I think no one is helping because they don't want to help you get the car back on the road.

Just a thought.

everyone already told him what to do.
It's just not the answer he wants.

also, a quick google search told me that a temp fix might be steel filled epoxy applied after thoroughly cleaning the cracked area. http://www.ehow.com/how_4693922_seal-oil-pan-leak.html
Yea thanks next time I'll definitely skip the story, but I thought it was an interesting one none the less. I did end up patching it together with a high temp/ multi metal epoxy (made by Devcon/Permatex) and everything is holding up so far. I used a dremel set to etch the crack to hold the epoxy better on both sides of the crack.

That is the dumbest thing i've ever heard. We LIVE here you moron... and before you start to retort, I have NEVER gone 130mph in my car ANYWHERE in tampa, (that area is crowded with businesses and residential, obviously according to your picture, you ended up in someone's yard- thank god a child wasn't there)--- much less AT ALL.

I sure as hell don't.... I would prefer to not hear about another high speed accident.

Also, before you begin to because no one is answering you,... just call Turbo Toys and buy a new one, but leave out the story on what happened. You will have to replace it anyway.

edit: your join date is 2005!! you should already know from your lurking how idiotic drivers get treated

the guy comes in here stating that his car went airborn "Dukes of Hazard" style after he was going 130 on a public road. A road in which I was just on yesterday and could have been involved in an accident because some douche was driving like an ***.

I would be more shocked if people didn't step up and flame the person.

OP, what in God's name were you thinking that night?

Are you TRYING to end your life and maybe someone else's life too?

Suggestion to fix your issue, go buy the replacement part.

In addition, please sell your car to someone more responsible if you haven't learned your lesson.

that's literally down the street from me and I wouldn't put it past idiots to drive like that there where it would be the worst possible place to be going 130.... I could see if you said on I4 going to 75.... or something like that but on that stretch where there are intersections and pedestrains, really? As far as JB Weld I say +1. Go for it champ.

it just contributes to the poor reputation this forum already has and that i certainly have noticed while lurking around for answers to my questions.

its simple. ignore or help in the tech area.

to the OP... hope that holds up and check frequently for leaks.

I hear that's one way to get past the 155mph speed limiter.

Just saying.
