Please help me, how to remove tower bar?!

Please advise me what tools to use?

Do I need to jack up the car to beware of the suspension?
Also, it is a 16mm bolts i need to remove them?

please help, thanks!

if you're just talking about the strut bar, just undo the four bolts on each side of the bar and pull it

Probably 14mm or 15mm, but I don't know off the top of my head and it's cold outside.
