WHen I turn the wheel either to the right or left about 80% of the way their is a anoying thunk or click sound/feel. Happens when going slow and turning the wheel either way. Any idea what this is? and what can be done to fix it.

I see that you have the pullies, have to checked your belts to make certain that they are still tight? I am thinking that it may be the PS pump.

 

This problem was happening way before the pully's were installed. I think it is coming from a loose bolt on the control arm. It is in the steering system.

 

My best guess is a loose control arm bolt...

 

i just heard that click noise for the first time last week when making a U-turn

 

I'm having the same issue. Going at low or no speed I hear a clunk/pop whenever I turn the wheel. I can't replicate the problem when the car is off so I'm thinking it's somehow related to powersteering?
