Well I am not sure what the issue is and before I get deep into the motor and start ripping out things to replace them, I am going to ask a few questions.

I was hearing this scrapping noise that sounded like something was against one of the pullys, it has a somewhat ticking noise to it.

Well it was getting on my nerves, I thought it might have been something I moved when tucking the wiring harness. Well as I started to take it back home the noise stopped. And so did my cold air.

I checked the upper and lower ac lines to see if they were burned through from touching the turbine piping. NOPE, not the problem.

I tested the line and there is pressure in the line.

The noise is completely gone. My guess is its the compressor that has crapped out? Anyone agree. And does anyone know where I can get a schematic of how to pull the ac compressor?
