Default heater/fan on full, can't switch off

Hi, just installed a Nismo Shift ****. While doing this i disconnected the heater/fan/a-c control panel from behind to get better access. After completing the shift **** install the heater/fan everything is on full. Pressing/turning the controls does nothing. Is there some sought of re-set? Has anyone had this happen to them? I hope i havn't cooked the module!!!!
Thanks in advance and the "search" didn't come up with this issue.

Hope you plugged it back in. If you didn't that's the obvious problem. If you did plug it back in, you didn't do it good enough. Plug it in better and the problem should to away.

DONE!!! In the light I could see a slither of plastic had sheared off and lodged on one of the pins.

Thanks for your replies.
