Default Need help with smoking problem with my z

I have a 2004 Nissan 350z Roadster with approximatley 54k miles on it. The other day very thin WHITE smoke was coming out of my exhaust pipes and I thought it was normal, then it became thick WHITE smoke so i parked the car, towed it back to my house, now its sitting in my garage. NO OVERHEATING PROBLEM, NOTHING LEAKING OUTSIDE MY CAR, ANTI-FREEZE LEVEL IS NORMAL, NO ENGINE BOGGLING OR STUDDERING, ENGINE RUNS STRONG AND RPM GAUGE IS SOLID, JUST THE WHITE SMOKE. OIL WAS NOT MILKY ON LID OR DIPSTICK.

ENGINE WAS BOGGLING AT FIRST BECAUSE THERE WAS OIL ON 3 SPARK PLUGS SO I CHANGED THE SPARK PLUGS AND CAR RUNS STRONG NOW.

I ASKED A MECHANIC WHAT MAY BE WRONG AND HE SAID IT COULD BE A BAD HEAD GASKET OR VALVE IS LEAKING.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM MAY BE? OR KNOW SOMEONE IN NEW JERSEY THAT SPECIALIZES IN THESE TYPE OF PROBLEMS? IM CLUE-LESS IN WHAT TO DO

I agree with the mechanic, it is likely a head gasket or leaking valve. If you check your plugs again are they coated with oil again?

i havent started it after i changer the plugs and found out it was running strong. Is it likely for a head gasket to go on Z? I mean its a 2004 and has only 55k on it.
