Default Clutch problems - 08z

Okay so ive been having problems with my clutch on my z

Nissan says nothings wrong when i went with them and it was happening. 6k miles only and i dont abuse it at all i might have dragged like twice (thats being honest)
okay so my clutch is pretty much gone and i need to replace it ,Nissan says that they dont replace clutch cause its a normal wear and tear part on a car.. I think thats b$ because 6000 miles isnt NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR they just dont wanto fix it because there broke.
So i was thinking i should bring it to a mechanic and have him say it needs fixing so they give me a new clutch..
What do you guys think?

don't let the z0fosho get to you...he's had a hard forum life and tries to take it out on everyone else...i would check further into the problem...an 08 with 6000 miles should not be messing up like that even if i let my kid brother drive it...

there is the slave cylinder recall... I have a 08 also.. Randomly my clutch will stick and wont come up untill i double clutch. Cause of this.. I gone threw 3 transmission due to missed shift with the clutch sticking. Nissan knows there is a big problem with the new slave cylinder being within the tranny but just like a $20,000 tranny cant hold 500hp car they will just beat around the bush. Nissan wont replace the clutch untill you prove that its the slave cylinder recall plays an issue to cause your clutch to burn out that fast. some where in the HR forum there is a print out of the recall for 07 into 08 Z... Keep fighting it and have them look at that recall! You are not the only one with 6K in miles and needs a new clutch... Hope this helps! Fight them damn stealerships!

6,000 miles for a clutch is ridiculous. Maybe 600 drag racing starts but not 6,000 miles on the street.
