Default what is happening to my wheel?

so i have been in a accident which fked up my rear wheel.

and now everything is fixed but my car used to be very steady on the freeway but now everything i pass 60mph my car is slightly turning right or left, feels like drifting on the free way , anyone know what is wrong with it?
it is the new suspension or the axle problem?

I don't know how this problem could be diagnosed over the internet. I suggest taking the car back to the place that repaired it and have them take a look at it.

Possible that they did not replace ALL the bent parts, sounds to me like your car is doing the crab walk. A impact that hard should have the aluminum subframe looked at also, sometimes there is hidden damage.
