Default this felt out from the bottom of my car... any idea?

I think this felt out of the bottom of my car, or I could have driven over it without knowing. All I know is that it was left behind when i drove away.

I am not sure what it is.. any idea?

its off the diff i think. it holds it in place. Theres one more that holds the diff in place. Check under ur car. In between your two rear tires, in the center, toward the front of the differential, there would be two of those big washers holding the diff in place.. Is one missing? I wouldnt drive it around too hard

yes, it fell.

I just rolled up to an intersection and I heard this clunking noise from the bottom of my car.

Looks like 1 of the 2 front Diff mounts, but why the hell is it yellow, and there should be a washer/plate between the bolt and the bushing.

I think i found the origin of this piece.

http://www.compnine.com/index.php?u=...01&grouptype=B

The rubber has a part number 15769290. I googled it and looks like a radiator support bolt off a GM vehicle.

Nothing some Super glue and Duct tape won't fix. Good luck!

That looks like the bolt that holds the dynamic body dampener on convertable models, its located in the front left frame rail behind the fender liner / bumper cover. Its here outlined in red, for somereason it only exists on convertible models only.
Its best described as a big 20lb cast iron ******** that actually loosely suspended by a big long bolt like that one.

That piece is the main reason why many cold air intakes dont work on the convertible models since that huge nut sack sits in the space that normally the filter needs to occupie.

I guess that depends on what it belongs to. If it was simply that counter weight from the verts like i had mention above that piece doesnt really do much other then absorb chassis vibrations.
