Default Psi & Volt Guages Not working properly... Neep Help ASAP

After I got my first oil change done about 2 weeks ago. I noticed that my voltage gauge is not working properly. Every time I start the car it jumps to about 14 volts and stays there for some reason. Doesn't move or anything at all even when i shift gears... Also my psi gauge seems a little high from before my oil change but Im guessing the shop where I got the oil change done at put a little to much oil... But over all is there anyway I can fix both the psi and volt gauges myself??? If not then I'm going to have to take it to a shop and get it checked out but I'm hoping I can do it on my own... If you have any suggestions please tell me... Thanks....

o ok... Yeh I don't know if its just me then... Um, I usally shift at about 2500rpm for daily driving n it sometimes jumps to over 60... the mark that comes after 60 actually... Maybe it's just me because I never really paid attention to the Gauges until now... But the oil psi im not to worried about because it still moves while shifting gears like normal... it was mostly the voltage gauge I was worried about... When you turn on your car in the mornings does the psi level start at the mark after 60 and then slowly go down to 60 or less?? and for my voltage gauge it starts at 14 but stays there even after it being warmed n while driving... I dont know if thats still charging it or just me tripping out.
