Rattling noise in passanger rear wheel well??

Rattling noise in passanger rear wheel well??
Been having a rattling noise so I lift the rear end up and it seems that the wheel has a lot of play and can be pushed up and down but no arms are moving....am i right in assuming i may need a new wheel bearing?
