Default Clutch pedal stuck

Lads

I was driving my 350z and once I depressed the clutch pedal it stayed on the floor. stopped and found little leak under. Towed my car home got under it and found slave cylinder (clutch operating cylinder) leaking. Replaced it. No more leaking and the cylinder works fine - problem is - clutch withdrawal lever is completely loose. there is no force to push the slave cylinder back and the clutch pedal back from the floor.

Any ideas ? Why would clutch withdrawal lever be loose? What can I expect after removing my tranny??

Thanks for any updates

Not trying to be a dick but did you bleed the system after installing the slave cylinder that would cause the pedal to stick to the floor air compresses a lot easier than a liquid

Search the forum for how to change clutch fluid. This is your problem. You need to bleed the system and get all the air out.
