I changed mine to Amsoil when the original fluid turned 5 years old (about 22K miles). Unfortunately, I can't say I'm all that impressed. I'm probably going to go back to OEM when I can get my hands on some. The Amsoil causes the rear diff to grind when you first pop it into gear on a cold start-up. By the second shift, the problem's gone.
