reverse light problem anybody?
i have an 04 performance 6sp MT, and the strangest think happened last night after i installed aftermarket radio....
my reverse lights wont come on anymore, i tried to troubleshoot the problem and removed a fuse under the hood that read: (rev lamp relay) and then they came one briefly. now they wont come on at all, i thought it was that fuse but, what was weird is that the came one without it...
my questions is: is there a revers light fuse other than the one under the hood, and has anyone had this issue, and i think it was happening before i changed my head unit too....
can someone please help?
thanks...

1. A relay is not a fuse. you should put that back.
2. find the fuse box ( I just got my Z so I dont know where it is yet) Theres usually 2, one in car and one under hood
3. check to see if the fuse is blown. If you didnt put in the stereo on your own check the manual to see if its the right amp fuse for the turn signal, Usually 10-15 on most cars. Check the ground wire next and If thats not it, start checking the wires from the light back, check for cracks or bare spots in the wire. etc etc..
Hope that helps.

im pretty sure the turn signal fuse is not blown or anything like that because my turn signals are still working...
ground wire to what, to be exact??
and put what in the stereo?
check the ground on you reverse/turn sig. harness.
I meant if you didnt install the stereo your self They might have blown the fuse and replaced it with the wrong amp. check your manual to see what the correct amp is for your reverse/turn sig. If the fuse is to small it will blow it if its to big they may not work propperly.
