How many quarts of clutch fluid do we need for clutch flush?...thxs ahead

Huh?

You're thinking about the MT gear oil capacity.

OP - Considering the small size of the reservoir, the small size of the master and slave cylinders and how short the line is between, I'm thinking one or two pints max.

there is no real definate answer but I'd suggest getting the little you shouldn't need it all and you can keep it for the next time or use it to top of your break fluid.

If you bleed properly then you shouldnt need much but if you accidentally get air into the lines you need to flush even more to make sure you have all the air out...
