I recently just put some used Volk 19's on with tires...anyway, I noticed that when I get to around 72 mph, that I have a vibration, or pulsation in the car that will go for 2-3 seconds/nothing for 2-3 sec/ then go for 2-3 seconds, and this is constant pretty much at any speed over 70. I do not hear anything, but mainly just feel it in the seat. I was wondering could the tiers be outta balance, possible bent wheel...etc? The tires have alot of tread left-80%+- but are worn due to negative camber, could that be it? Any suggestions? There are not any bald portions on the outer or inner tread, just more worn than the rest of the tire. I feel nothing like this under 70 mph, and didnt have it with the stock wheels.

first two basic things to look at are the balancing of the wheels and if you are using hub centric rings.
the worn part of the tires can also cause noise/vibrations definately.

Tanks for the reply, not sure on the hubcentric rings, but I'll check...I know that(for lack of a better term) the hollow lug nuts that came with them and center the wheel anyway
A hub ring is a plastic or metal ring that fits around the hub protruding up from the brake rotor surface. Actually, the rotor fits on the hub. If your wheel hub isn't the same size as the rotor hub, then you need a ring in there. Most if not all Volks require a hub ring. The hub ring makes sure that your wheel is centered, otherwise you will experience vibration issues like you describe.
