Default Anyone with clutch slip / shudder?

I've noticed when the clutch pedal is in the top 1/3 of travel when starting in 1st, the car jerks a bit, as though the clutch is slipping, then grabbing unevenly. My car has 21K miles and has never been raced or 'launched.' Is this something that I should be concerned about? Happens most noticeably when the car is warmed up.

No, no clicking. I can just feel that the car doesn't accelerate smoothly as I engage the clutch to go from a full stop. When the clutch is almost fully engaged (pedal most of the way out) the clutch grabs unevenly; feels like it slips a bit, the grabs more agressively. In otherwards, the transfer of power from engine to drive train doesn't occur smoothly all the time, despite my best efforts to move the clutch pedal smoothly.
