Default vacuum noise in the rear tire area

hey all,
I am hearing some kind of air noise (almost like a vacuum leak) from the rear tire area whenever the engine is on. it goes for a couple second.. then off.. then goes again..
is this something normal for our cars?

There is not a lot going on in the back near the rear wheels. Of course there is the

fuel pump (inside the fuel tank)
EVAP hose
vent tube
vent hose

Any of these items may be making a noise.

I'm having the same problem. Is this something that has to be looked into? I only noticed it after I took the car out of storage for the winter.
