Default Is my clutch screwed?

Hey guys, I was driving to work this morning and everything was fine, I did notice my clutch pedal felt a little stiffer than normal, not much though, I honestly thought it wa because I was wearing different shoes, that's how subtle the difference was. However as I started pulling into my work, I pushed in the clutch and it stuck to the floor and stayed, I couldn't shift, so I forced the stick to neutral and rolled to a stop. I put my foot under the clutch pedal to try and pull it back up, and that worked, but when I push it back in, it just does the same thing, gets stuck. I cannot shift no matter what position the clutch pedal is in, and I can still start it whether it's up or down. This is very strange, I am not sure what to do.

if your car is an '07 (and some '08s) there is a tsb for a faulty clutch slave cylinder. I'd put money on the possibility that this is the problem in your case. a recall has been in effect and nissan will replace your slave cylinder for free. call them to see if your vin qualifies.

Also get under the car, and feel the Clutch Fork and see if its in one place or is it sloppy and as having lots of room to move around, at first thought my Clutch Master Cylinder was out, NO. thought the slave cylinder was out, NO...but here was the problem...this Pivot ball for the clutch fork to sit on was broken, the part between the threads and the base of the pivot...because it has happened to me, hope that'll help you out. Because commonly, on high milage cars, thought would eventually happen.

Hope it'll help ya out.
